Custom jewelry orders are the perfect way to bring your vision of the perfect jewelry to life, and we’re here to help make the process as smooth and easy as possible for you! Once you complete our request form below, one of our expert stylists will review it and help you schedule your consultation. This form does not automatically place a jewelry order, it’s just an inquiry form to get started.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and there are no returns or exchanges on jewelry, including custom orders, so be sure that the specs you’re giving us are totally accurate prior to submitting an order! We can make some modifications to custom orders after the fact for an additional fee.

  1. Fill out form to the best of your ability and submit.

  2. You will receive a follow-up email from a stylist to schedule an appointment. We can do this in studio, via FaceTime, or exclusively via email. Appointments virtually will be 30 minutes in length.

  3. There is a $30 consultation fee for appointments, paid at time of booking. This fee is not applied to your jewelry purchase. This fee is non-refundable. This fee will carry over if an additional appointment is required for a large scale project/bridal styling.

  4. Appointments must be booked one week in advance minimum to ensure we can acquire as much information about your inquiries as possible.

  5. If we move forward with an order, we require a 50% non refundable deposit towards your set, and the remaining 50% upon arrival to the studio.

  6. All orders and sales are final, as always.

Chloe DeSimone is the senior stylist and manager at CowPok Piercing Gallery and has been on staff for nearly 15 years. During that time, her passion for jewelry in all forms has really thrived. As a GIA accredited jewelry professional, her knowledge spans from traditional jewelry to body jewelry, synthetic to genuine stones, and to functional, day to day wear consultations to ensure pieces work for the client for the long haul. She has worked alongside reputable jewelry companies modeling, selling jewelry, and more. Chloe’s favorite jewelry to style, curate and design are nipple jewelry and wedding bands/engagement rings. Her favorite stones (currently - they’re always changing!) are champagne diamonds, citrine and honey topaz.

Bee Nebbia has been the webstore coordinator for CowPok since 2021, but joined our team as an already experienced jewelry stylist in 2018 after moving to Buffalo from New Mexico. She has been in the body jewelry industry for nearly a decade and loves creating unique jewelry sets that are designed for comfortable, long term wear without sacrificing on personality. Her favorite types of jewelry to design and style are necklaces, conch pieces, and decorative rings. She is also a lapidary artist specializing in faceted gemstones with unique cuts, and her favorite stones are smoky quartz, citrine, and chrysoprase.
