Yes! Please select the pick up option at check out. Items may only be picked up at our Buffalo location, located at 111 Elmwood Ave. during business hours.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing cowpokwebstore@gmail.com - however, if your order has already been sent out, we cannot refund your order or accept a return.

We can assist with repair within 1 year of the piece purchased - this includes broken pins, stripped threads, missing stones.
Our warranty does not cover lost jewelry.

Once your piece leaves the studio, it is under the care of those who ship. Should any issue arise in the delivery of your place, please contact the carrier to create a claim.
